A Quarter of the Population Will Own Bikes

I probably shouldn’t be sharing this, but the future of Bentonville, Arkansas, needs to be told for the benefit of everyone considering moving here anytime soon. Have you ever wondered what Bentonville, Arkansas, will look like in the year 2040?

Bentonville, Arkansas, is going to be one of the most sought-after places to live in all of America because of all the different things that are happening and will happen here: We’re talking about hiking trails, new college startups, new venture capitalists, and medical startups, to name a few.

If you think you’ve seen a lot of attention on Bentonville in the last couple of years, you haven’t seen anything yet. So without further ado, let’s talk about all the things you will see in  Bentonville in 2040.

What’s Going To Happen in Bentonville, Arkansas

In the last few years, Bentonville, Arkansas, has made a big name for itself, but really, things are just starting here. The next 18 years are going to see amazing growth for Bentonville. And people are going to be like, “Why am I not living in Bentonville, Arkansas? Why am I living in other places that have terrible taxes and are terrible places to live?”

Living in NWA – These are the must known Pros and Cons of Living in Bentonville, Arkansas

Most Sought-After City

Bentonville, Arkansas, is going to be one of the most sought-after cities in America. There are so many things that are happening here behind the scenes, some of which I can’t talk about yet. So all the developments that you’ve seen so far? That’s just the starting line.

There will be new nature trails, business startups, medical startups, and even new investment groups coming in to create more opportunities and growth.

A Quarter of the Population Will Own Bikes

A lot of the population is going to be using scooters, bikes, and other methods of transportation around Bentonville in a way that no other city has before. And that’s because Bentonville is designed for the long game.

There are going to be so many different pathways through which we can move across the city between grocery stores, places to hang out, and fun things to do in Bentonville. It’s all going to be centrally located around bike trails, etc.

So, by 2040, 25% of the population will only be using bikes and scooters around Bentonville. Cars won’t be used as much in Bentonville as in other places.

Therefore, if you live in downtown Bentonville, you won’t really have a need to own a car because you live, work, and play right around Bentonville and all around NWA. Everything’s going to be centrally located right around Bentonville, Arkansas.

Walmart In-Home AI

Right now, Walmart’s working on personalized chefs (that have autonomous artificial intelligence) that will come to your house and cook Walmart products that are delivered by drones. The drones that make the deliveries are basically within your home and act like personal chefs.

One of the big things that Walmart’s going to be working on is healthcare with Alice Walton’s holistic foundation. So a lot of the people that will come out of there, like doctors and nurses, will be making recipes and health-conscious decisions based on products at Walmart.

So Walmart is working on a personalized AI chef that will come to your house – it has all the data and knows the different macros and micros for different food sources – it’s going to be a robot that will be cooking healthy food for you.

To make this happen, Walmart is integrating all the drone systems into different mechanisms that we can use inside of households so that we can make sure that we live healthier lives.

And this started once Alice Walton opened her new college in Bentonville, which exploded so many different growth patterns in the medical field. Alice Walton is developing a college for holistic medicine and different self-care practices – and that’s what started this phase of healthy living that Walmart is a part of.

People love staying in Bentonville, Arkansas! Here’s Why People Love staying in Bentonville!

Canoo Moon Fleet

The fourth thing that’s really cool is that Canoo, the EV manufacturer located in Bentonville, is dropping the first fleet of vehicles on the moon. They are basically building a halfway station between the Earth and Mars.

Canoo developed the Moon Rover for the first mission to the moon with SpaceX. And now, Canoo won a contract with SpaceX to put a whole fleet of different vehicles on the moon because the sun’s closer to the moon, which means you can put a lot more solar panels out there.

It’s pretty cool to be in Bentonville, where Canoo is developing really awesome things with SpaceX and NASA.

Thaden Air Taxis

Last, but certainly not least: Thaden Field, which is a privatized hangar for planes in Bentonville will be working on air taxis. We are going to be using a lot of air taxis to travel between all the different cities in NWA.

Thaden Field is at the forefront and the forerunner for that because it really holds the UP Summit – it’s trying to be ahead of the curve when it comes to air transportation.

We have a lot of autonomous vehicles when it comes to cars that have already been done. That’s old news because soon we will be working on air taxis with autonomous flights so that we can move all around Northern Arkansas a lot faster and a lot more efficiently.

And that came from the birth of Walmart when they started doing their drone work with DroneUp. It’s just been exponential growth from there. Once we’ve been having the UP Summits in Bentonville in the last couple of years, there’s just been a huge influx of money and different investment groups that come to the area because they see the growth pattern in Northwest Arkansas.

And that’s another reason why Bentonville is by far one of the most sought-after places to live in all of America.

Final Thoughts

If you are thinking about moving down to Northwest Arkansas, I highly recommend it. And I have a three-day itinerary where you can find interesting things to do, whether you’re a sightseer, a foodie, you have kids, or you are into adventure or sports.
