Today, I’ll talk about Taco & Tamale, one of my favorite places to eat in downtown Bentonville. This is one of the coolest restaurants in the area —the decor is top-tier, the service is excellent, and the food is mouth-watering. Though the place has only been open a few years, it has gained a lot of popularity, which is why you’ll always find long lines of customers as you enter.

Everything You Need To Know About Tacos and Tamales in Downtown Bentonville
Taco & Tamale is a Mexican-style restaurant that’s been open in downtown Bentonville since 2015 and is one of my personal favorite places to eat in the city.
During its seemingly short life, though, the place has generated a lot of popularity due to its traditional-yet-modern menu, great customer service, and talented cooks.
The place is pretty laid-back, though the decor is still unique and eye-catching. Moreover, you’ll be able to either sit down and enjoy your meal at the location or take it to go. And for those who don’t feel like getting out of the house, the place also offers delivery.
However, considering how interesting the interior of Taco & Tamales is if I were you, I’d want to go there myself. After all, the place offers free parking, so you won’t have to drive around looking for a space.
Though I’ll dive into the menu a bit more in-depth later on, I wanted to note right off the bat that the restaurant also boasts an impressive beverage menu, which includes some house wines and beers.
The in-house wines also indicate that this location is more of a sit-down-and-eat restaurant than most other Mexican places in the area, which is why locals and tourists alike seem to flock to it.
Taco & Tamale also makes your paying experience easier, accepting cash, American Express, and Visa —in short, everything.
History
Tacos & Tamale in downtown Bentonville doesn’t have a long-standing history. However, the reviews it has accumulated thus far are stellar, and I could see why during my visit there.
Since the place opened its doors in 2015, it has been on a mission to serve locals fresh, tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Since there weren’t many modern, sit-down Mexican places in the area before Taco & Tamale, the locals were drawn to its premise once it was opened, and its success has only been growing since then.
