The atmosphere is totally laid back and very welcoming, making you feel at home as soon as you enter.
The decor is quite simple but effective. The theme is, of course, barbecue; the indoor area is quite simple, with wooden furniture and BBQ-themed decorations on the wall. There are tables and booths inside, and picnic tables outside if you want to enjoy the outdoors. You shouldn’t miss the chance to enjoy a nice barbecue meal on a hot summer day at Wright’s.
Wright’s started as a food truck, but the success of these barbecue dishes was so massive that the owners soon decided to open a new place. The first Wright’s restaurant opened in Johnson, in 2017. Today, there are three different Wright’s restaurants in Johnson, Rogers, and Bentonville.

As I mentioned above, Wright’s is very popular for its wonderful BBQ dishes, especially the smoked brisket and the signature homemade sauces. The menu includes all the classic barbeque dishes, like brisket, pulled, pork, and ribs. You can also try the special homemade sausages, the turkey, and other types of smoked meat.
Of course, you can’t have smoked meats without sides. Wright’s offers a variety of mouthwatering sides, including classics like coleslaw, mac n cheese, and baked beans. You can also try green beans, collard greens, and potato salad.
You can try combinations of these foods in different forms, from family-style platters that are made to be shared, to sandwiches and bowls. You can also buy smoked meats by the pound if that’s what you prefer.
Every dish at Wright’s is flavorful and carefully prepared, but locals and tourists have their favorites. Of course, the brisket is pretty famous by now, as most reviewers mention it as a highlight of their visit. However, the reviewers also favor the bacon, mac n cheese, and potato salad.
The prices at Wright’s are pretty reasonable. They are comparable to most barbecue places in town, so you know what to expect, a meal for two can cost between $30 and $60, depending on what you order. Wright’s Opening Hours
Wright’s Bentonville location is pretty convenient, right next to the trail system and the parks. This place is open five days a week, from Tuesday until Saturday. The opening hours are 11 AM to 8 PM, every day.
You typically don’t need to book a table, since there are plenty of tables available, but you may want to contact the restaurant if you have a big party coming. Lunchtime and dinnertime are understandably the busiest periods during the day, so if you don’t like crowds, avoid going to Wright’s around 12 P or 6 PM.
Wright’s offers catering services, for people who would like to host a barbecue party or enjoy some delicious smoked meats at an event. Additionally, Wright’s has partnered with food delivery companies like Uber Eats and Postmates to offer takeout for those who prefer to enjoy the barbecue at home.

And that pretty much wraps up the best BBQ places in NWA. However, if you’re in the mood for some sushi, I recommend heading down to Sushi 101 in Fayetteville. I recently visited the place, and it’s excellent for fans of Japanese cuisine.

Wright’s is probably my favorite barbecue place in Northwest Arkansas, and for good reason; it offers juicy, mouthwatering smoked meats and flavorful homemade sauces that can satisfy even the biggest skeptics. The brisket in particular is a favorite among locals and tourists.
