There are so many good food trucks in Northwest Arkansas. I haven’t been to all of them because there are hundreds of food trucks, and they are all unique and serve different styles of food. However, today, I’m going to talk about my top five favorite food trucks in Northwest Arkansas.
My top 5 favorite food trucks in Northwest Arkansas are Bartleby’s Seitan Stand, Sweets Scoops Blender Bar, Slice Pizza, The Witching Hour, and Ozark Mountain Bagel. There are hundreds of food trucks here, but my favorites are the ones I’ll mention.
If you’re a food lover and want to experience some of the most must-try food trucks in Northwest Arkansas, continue reading this article.

1. Bartleby’s Seitan Stand
The first one I want to mention is Bartleby’s Seitan food truck in Bentonville, Arkansas. If you’re a fan of Chick-fil-A or anything like that, you definitely need to check out Bartleby’s.
It’s a vegan food truck, so if you’re more health conscious or a vegan, you need to check out Bartleby’s. They do a great job for everything “fried chicken” and have some of the best “chicken filets” you’ll ever have.
You can also get them in the local stores here, like the Ozark Co-op. One thing I’d recommend is checking out their Instagram because they have Instagram reels about in-home recipes and things you can make using their own food.
So if you want to buy it online and get it shipped to your home, it’s available, and you can use your own recipes there. But the thing I love about the food truck in Bentonville is it’s right next to Bentonville Brewing, a brewing company. So it’s really fun to have food trucks out there.
I love Bartleby’s because not only are they health conscious and lean towards a vegan style, but they also have great branding and marketing because they use seitan, a vegan material used for food, which is also very delicious.
The owner does a great job seasoning everything. She has a very specific way of doing stuff, and their branding is top-tier. On top of that, their branding is based on a little devil like Satan. So if you ever get a chance, check out their website and go through all the links because they did a great job.
They actually moved here from Boston, so if you’re in the Bentonville area, definitely check out Bartleby’s. It’s well worth your time, and the branding is top-tier. I love it!

2. Sweets Scoops Blender Bar
My second favorite food truck is Sweets Scoops Blender Bar. The interesting thing with Sweet Scoops is they’re based in Farmington, Arkansas. It’s a little offshoot of Fayetteville, but they have a really fun location.
So if you’re in the Farmington, Fayetteville area, like after a softball game, definitely check out their local place — it’s really fun.
The one thing with the food truck itself is that they’re all over the place, but technically they’re located on MLK in Fayetteville. The cool thing is that they’re so busy all the time. They’re at all the events between Fayetteville and Bentonville. Plus, they also cater events.
So if you’re in the area and hanging out at a decent-sized event, there’s a good chance that Sweet Scoops is there. And the thing that I love about Sweet Scoops is their bubble wraps.
So imagine this: a waffle goes in a waffle maker and is then topped with ice cream, bananas, peanut butter, syrup, graham crackers, and all sorts of delicious things. Then you fold it up into this glorious dessert — my God, it’s so good!
I would recommend finding Sweets Scoops! You can check out the website or just message them on Facebook to see where they’re going.
They’re technically located on MLK, but they’re all around the place, so you will definitely see them at some of the upcoming events in Northwest Arkansas.

3. Slice Pizza
My third favorite food truck in Northwest Arkansas is Slice Pizza. If you’ve been a purveyor of my blogs, you know I have a sweet spot for Mexican food, pizza, and sometimes Chinese — but definitely pizza!
I moved here from Chicago, so pizza is in my heart. The thing I love about Slice is that it has authentic New York-style pizza. This might be a Chicago “sin,” so to speak. I like deep-dish pizza, it’s really good, but I prefer thin-crust pizza overall (gasp, I know).
But New York pizza is really good. They have really wide slices. You almost fold them to some extent, so it’s authentic New York-style. I would argue that it’s some of the better pizzas in the whole area.
You can usually find them right around the Bentonville Square area, right off the offshoot. So you definitely need to check out Slice because it’s authentic, really good, and nice New York-style pizza.
And I’m going to be honest with you — there’s a couple of Chicago-style pizzas around here that don’t hold a candle to Chicago-style pizza because it’s not Chicago.
But Slice Pizza does a very good job with their New York-style pizza, and they do it just right. I’m not sure what kind of magic they have going on this food truck, and I’m not sure if they’ve hired people from New York specifically to do it, but they hit it right on the mark.
So definitely check out Slice in the downtown Bentonville section.
4. The Witching Hour
The fourth really interesting food truck that I really like is called The Witching Hour. The food there is very good, don’t get me wrong. But the thing I appreciate most about The Witching Hour is that it’s a horror-based idea. They’ve taken that concept and implemented it into a food truck.
They change out decorations all the time, and it’s so fun because you never know what you’ll get when you go there. It’s all different seasons, different styles, and stuff.
The owners obviously love the horror style and movies, so you’ll see that when you go to The Witching Hour (located in Bentonville.)
They have menu items dedicated to horror. And every time you go there, different items are passed around, so it’s interesting to see. You’ll be like, “What are you going to cook up this time?” (maybe not cook up — that would be bad with the horror stuff.)
But they definitely have some really good food there. So if you’re in Bentonville, you need to check out The Witching Hour just for the sheer experience — it’s a ton of fun!

5. Ozark Mountain Bagel
Last but certainly not least is New York-themed, but Ozark Mountain Bagel is a fantastic place to get bagels from. And the reason I mentioned New York again is that New York is known for its thin-crust pizza and bagels, and Ozark Mountain Bagel is by far some of the best bagels in the area.
I’m not going to go out on a limb to say that I am a bagel connoisseur, but I do know a good bagel when I taste one. There’s a Mountain Bagel food truck over in Fayetteville, right off College street. So it’s great to go for a run to earn points to eat a bagel.
Their bagels are amazing! I love their bagels and cream cheese (that’s a whole different story), but we’re going to focus on the bagels.
You definitely need to check out the Ozark Bagel food truck in Fayetteville. The cool thing is they have 2 locations in Bentonville: one on the south part of town and one right on the square.
Maybe you’re not necessarily in Fayetteville because you don’t have time to go to the food truck in college, but you can check out Ozark Bagel on the square in Bentonville, where you can have a great time and a really good experience. How often do you get authentic, true bagels?
And it’s so fun because the art of bagels has gone away for the last couple of years (10 to 15 years). People don’t make as many authentic bagels anymore. But Ozark Bagel makes all their bagels authentic right from oven to hand — so good!
Their cream cheese is handmade and curated perfectly. You definitely need to check out Ozark Bagel in either Fayetteville or Bentonville. You will not be disappointed!
And while we’re talking about food and food trucks, you can also check out my article about some of the weirdest and most exciting restaurants in Northwest Arkansas. I also talk about 3 of the food trucks mentioned above — The Witching Hour, Slice Pizza, and Bartleby’s Seitan Stand.
