Home and Land Investments
Buying property is generally the first way people and businesses invest in Northwest Arkansas. This is my personal favorite because it is my line of profession.
Many people are buying homes in downtown Fayetteville, Bentonville, and Rogers, either living there or using them as an investment. These people know that the value of these homes will double or potentially triple in the next few years.
If you are planning to come down to invest in Northwest Arkansas, know that home values continue to go up yearly.
Also, the land is a big thing because it is something that you necessarily can’t make more of as the cities grow. People are buying land out in like the outskirts of Bentonville and Fayetteville and all sorts of other areas as well. This is because they know that, eventually, there will be more highways and businesses along those areas, thus raising their property values.
Some of the current high-growth areas where land is being purchased quickly are near the Oklahoma border, as Highway 49 opened in the summer of 2021 and goes through Bella Vista. Areas served include:
- Western Bentonville,
- Centerton, and
- Gravette.
Much land is being bought out, as people know that new developments will be built over the next few years. Other potential high-growth areas regarding land and homes are in the north of Rogers and anything along Highway 412 or Highway 612. These major areas are being built up due to their proximity to Highway 49.
