Careers NWA

Careers NWA is a great website the Northwest Arkansas Council created that is dedicated to helping anyone moving down to Northwest Arkansas find a job.

If you click through the buttons on the website, they will direct you to a website called Workforce Connection. What’s happening is that businesses around Northwest Arkansas post thousands of job openings based on criteria like skill set or educational background. You can go through the whole website and see thousands of jobs in the region being posted and ready for people to join.

One of the most interesting things about this website is that you can break down the jobs into clusters and then you can break it down further to fields like science, mathematics, teaching, health, and others. You can see what jobs are available in that certain field.

For example, if you want to work strictly in education, you can see education jobs in Northwest Arkansas posted on the website. I love this cluster feature because it makes searching much easier.
