Best Places To Work Remotely in Bentonville and Fayetteville

Thanks to an advance in modern technology, more people can now work remotely. And if you work remotely in Northwest Arkansas, you might be wondering which are the best places to do so. These places are an excellent option for those who want to explore a new environment while growing their careers at the same time.

Some of the best places to work remotely in Bentonville and Fayetteville include The Hive, Thaden Field, and Greenway Office Park. Other great places are Startup Junkie in Fayetteville and The Exchange in Bentonville.

These are not coffee shops or traditional co-working spaces – that’s for another article. The areas I’ll discuss in this post are more dynamic and business-centric.

Video:

1. The Hive

The first one is called The Hive, which has a business-hotel-restaurant vibe in downtown Bentonville. If you go to The Hive, located right off the square, you’ll be amazed at how business-centric the place is. But you’ll also find drinks, food, art, and incredible spaces to do some remote work.

A lot of businesses rent at The Hive, so you’ll get the chance to see a lot of conferences happening there as well.

As you enter the building, you’ll see a car covered in pennies, so it’s very noticeable. The entire building is interesting, modern, unique, and very artistic.

Every single room at The Hive is well-decorated. And as a co-working or remote working space, The Hive offers plenty of areas where you can hang out and get work done. There’s also a restaurant in the building and other prominent places for people to hang out.

Another cool thing about The Hive is that it’s right next to a splash pad. So, you can bring your kids or family with you for the perfect weekend. The Hive is indeed the perfect area to hang out, work, and play.

2. Thaden Fieldhouse

Thaden Fieldhouse is also a restaurant called Louise, but they do a lot of business-centric stuff as well. So if you want to borrow the Wi-Fi and get out of the area a little bit, you should check out Thaden Fieldhouse.

Thaden Field is in the southern part of Bentonville, and it’s located right next to the Bentonville airport. They have a really cool space that’s earned awards for its architectural design.

People often have memberships at Thaden Field, but sometimes you can just go in there and hang out for a few days while doing some remote work.

If you are interested in being somewhere cool or part of a business-centric community, definitely check out Thaden Fieldhouse for some remote work. It’s the perfect place for people who want to be able to work away from home.

3. Greenway Office Park

Number three is the Greenway Office Park in Bentonville, and it’s located in one of my favorite sections of Bentonville – it’s right behind The Momentary. It’s also near the Eighth Street market, so it’s close to food. The area has concerts happening, plus you’re right down the street from Airship Coffee.

Greenway Office Park is a hub for many startup companies, including universities, economic development offices, and film festivals.

What’s cool about Greenway Office Park is that it offers two open-area workspaces for people to hop in and hang out. Additionally, they host a lot of business talks, like the Startup Junkie and 1 Million Cups.

Every Wednesday, startup companies come to Greenway Office Park and talk about what they’re doing. And because it’s right next to the university, you’ll find many students hanging out there. There are always business-centric people coming through there.

Therefore, Greenway Office Park is perfect for you if you’re looking for a fantastic place to work and maybe meet some friends.

4. Startup Junkie

Next, we’re talking about Startup Junkie in Fayetteville. It has an open office where you can hang out and do some remote work. Most of the time, they encourage people who have a startup or are thinking about a startup to visit.

If you want to be in a more open area for remote work, they’ll be happy to accept you and help you through business growth.

You’ll find many people hanging out at Startup Junkie, and these people often have their businesses funded by Startup Junkie or by seed funding from other investors.

So if you want to do remote work in a business-centric area, check out Startup Junkie in Fayetteville. Here, you can get some Wi-Fi, hang out, and take a break from different areas of NWA when it comes to co-working spaces.

5. The Exchange

And last but certainly not least is The Exchange in Bentonville, which is also connected to Startup Junkie.

It’s a free co-working space, but they ask that you work at a startup or technology company. They take applications, too. But if you don’t meet these requirements, don’t despair. I would not be surprised if you emailed them to ask if you could work remotely there for a few days, and they agreed.

So feel free to reach out to The Exchange and ask them if they’d be interested in accepting you into their co-working space. They are always happy to meet new people.

The Exchange was founded by technology entrepreneurs who saw the need for a venue to connect and collaborate. The place offers free co-working spaces for select startups and a venue to host business development events to help startups get to know investors and more.

If you’re looking for a business-centric area with plenty of space to work and connect with other entrepreneurs, The Exchange is the perfect place.
