Best Co-Working Spaces Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers and Bella Vista!

The Ledger small

There are more co-working spaces in Northwest Arkansas than what is on this post. However, I will give you the coolest ones I found in Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bella Vista. If you’re looking for a co-working space in the region, you just found the right post.

The best co-working spaces in Northwest Arkansas include NWA Workplaces in Bella Vista and Bentonville, Likewise in Fayetteville, The Ledger in Bentonville, Cast Coworking in Bentonville, and CoFounder NWA in Rogers.

This article will discuss these best NWA co-working spaces in more detail. Keep reading to learn more.

Video:

1. NWA Workplaces

The first on our list is NWA Workplaces, located in Bella Vista and Bentonville. If you live in these two locations, this will work out well for you.

The difference is that NWA Workplaces is mainly geared towards workplaces like offices rather than open area co-working places. There’s a difference between this space and some of the others we’ll discuss later because this is more like office rental, more privatized if you want your own little space.

Some co-working spaces are more open-ended, with several tables in a big room or more collaboration. But this one is more privatized, actual spaces dedicated for you and you alone. So there’s not a big open area dedicated to collaboration.

This is cool because there are a lot of places out there that are geared towards more privatized co-working areas, and it is fantastic to see that this exists in Northwest Arkansas.

Talking about workplaces: here are the Best Places To Work Remotely in Bentonville and Fayetteville

2. Likewise Community

The second one is called Likewise Community, located on the east side of Fayetteville.

What I love about Likewise is that they do an exciting combination of co-working, some privatized offices, and a big open studio on the top floor where people can showcase their artwork. I have also seen a lot of videos shot up there.

There are exciting things that happen in Likewise. It’s like a co-working/community/lifestyle/art thing, but their main business is the co-working space.

Another cool thing about Likewise is that they lean more towards the creative side than anything. So, if you’re an artist or maybe on the creative side of a field, and you’re looking to be in a more like-minded community, definitely check this place out because it is probably the best place for you.

Also, I have a 3-day itinerary that can help you decide what activities to do if you’re overwhelmed by everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a foodie, a sports person, a sightseer, or want to spend quality time with your kids; I have something for you. Check out the link below to learn more:

3. The Ledger

The third item on our list, and I wanted to make sure this is right in the middle of our discussion as it’s not quite open yet, is The Ledger. When it opens, it will change the environment of Northwest Arkansas.

The Ledger is a brand new building in the Downtown Square in Bentonville and is the world’s first bikeable building.

The Ledger is going to be a co-working space, and it will become a place for people to rent out, if they want larger businesses. You can lease a part of The Ledger, and they are taking reservations right now.

I’m unsure, but I anticipate that The Ledger will be completed towards the end of this year or maybe early next year. Obviously, there’s a timeline, but things take a little longer than anticipated. But how cool would it be to rent a workspace at the world’s first bikeable building?

So, if you are looking for a co-working space or potentially a privatized office, definitely check out The Ledger because it is the first of its kind.

This fascinating building has been featured in my previous article, Northwest Arkansas and Tech: Tesla Competitor? World’s First Bike-able Building? Walmart = MetaMart. Feel free to check it out to learn more about Northwest Arkansas and its technology.

4. Cast Coworking

Next on the list is the Cast Coworking space located in Bentonville. What’s interesting about Cast is that their environment is not your usual cubicle, cookie-cutter design with basic chairs, tables, etc.

I think the best way to describe Cast is in the way they design their stuff. They make a home for co-working space, so you feel comfortable at Cast Coworking. That’s what they are known for.

Their space makes people feel at home, and you’re in a place where there’s collaboration and other people, and you’re all on the same journey together. They do an outstanding job of making it feel like a home away from home.

Cast Coworking is by no means drab, not colorful, or gray. It is a lively environment. Therefore, if you’re looking for more excitement in co-working and you don’t want to be in a dull environment, check out Cast because they go above and beyond when it comes to design and amenities.

5. CoFounder NWA

The last on our list, but certainly not least, is CoFounder NWA, located right on the Pinnacle Hills side in Rogers.

The Pinnacle Hills is a brand new section of Rogers in the last ten years. That’s where Top Golf hangs out. You can also find many brand new restaurants there. The Walmart Amphitheater is also located in this area.

There’s a cool place called Founders Plaza in the Pinnacle Hills. The actual Founder’s Plaza was developed and funded by the Hunt family, Sage Partners, and a couple of others.

Inside the Founders Plaza, there is the CoFounder. It’s a co-working space, which leans more toward larger open areas versus the privatized offices.

So, if you are looking to be a part of the community and want a more collaborative style and an open environment, you need to check out this place.

One of the things I appreciate about the CoFounder is that there’s a set number of limitations, meaning the number of people they accept into this. And they push that community feel when it comes to the startup scene and any co-working scene. So, if you want to be part of a community, check out the CoFounder.

A remarkable thing about CoFounder is that they have a gym and a basketball court attached to the actual co-working space. Apart from these, CoFounder NWA also has offices, an open area, food, and coffee. So it seems like a great win in my book.
