Fruitealicious Bubble Tea Redux

Phillip ShepardBy Phillip Shepard5 Mins Read

You might have seen me post about Fruitealicious before, but we must discuss it again due to a new drink I recently had from there. I had the Trifecta, and oh my gosh, it’s just so good! But what is Fruitealicious?

Fruitealicious Bubble Tea Redux serves bubble tea, smoothies, slushies, and blended coffee drinks. You choose a base, and then you choose a flavor to go with it. Or you can choose one of their pre-made drinks on the menu, including the Trifecta.

Fruitealicious has several locations in Texas but only one in Bentonville–lucky us! Stick around if you’re craving bubble tea, as I’ll give you the complete lowdown on when and where to go.

Video:

The Fruitealicious Story

If a drink place had a mission, what would it be? Well, for Fruitealicious, it’s this:

“Empower our people to live their lives to the fullest. Each and every day, we implement many lessons to help them become the greatest versions of themselves.”

According to the owners, Fruitealicious has always been a place where people can pursue what they love, whether it’s delicious drinks or decorating the store. Customers are allowed to create customized drinks down to the smallest details and choose decorations and music for the store.

They opened their first location in Carrollton, Texas, in 2008 as a way to provide a new kind of “drink experience” for bubble tea lovers as well as the ordinary drink customer. Since then, they’ve expanded their locations throughout Texas and other regions like Northwest Arkansas.

Location and Hours

Their Bentonville location can be found at:

1335 S Main Stree Suite # 3

Bentonville, Arkansas

Their hours are:

Monday-Friday, Noon to 9 PM

Saturday, 11 AM to 10 PM

Sunday, 11 AM to 8 PM

Menu/How to Order

There is a certain way you’ll need to order your bubble tea, and if you’re confused, I’ll help you out. You can either order one of their pre-designed drinks, or you can create a custom drink from their many optional ingredients.

Pre-designed drink options:

  • Horchachacha: A Mexican-inspired drink made with rice milk and complemented with Flan and Boba.
  • Black Sugar Trifecta: Black sugar milk tea with Boba, Flan, and Grass Jelly. (My favorite!)
  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries frozen drink
  • El Diablo: A spicy, sweet, sour, and salty mango frozen drink.
  • Spotted Cow: A frozen drink with Flan pudding and caramel-soaked Tapioca.
  • Purple Oreo: A frozen drink that marries Oreos and taro.
  • Strawberry Shortcake: Strawberries, shortcake, and whipped cream are blended together to create a customer favorite.

If you feel a little creative and want to come up with a custom drink, here’s how to do it.

  1. Choose a base.
  2. Choose a flavor.
  3. Choose a mixer.

Here are your base choices:

  • Fresh Tea, such as Jasmine, Black, or Chrysanthemum
  • Milk Tea
  • Lemonade
  • Coffee

The flavor choices for fresh tea include the following:

  • Mango
  • Strawberry
  • Raspberry
  • Pineapple
  • Peach
  • Lychee
  • Passion Fruit
  • Guava
  • Green Apple
  • Kiwi
  • Honey

Milk tea flavor choices include the following:

  • Classic
  • Matcha
  • Black Sugar
  • Almond
  • Coconut
  • Chai
  • Taro

Lemonade flavor choices are the same as the fresh tea flavor choices.

The coffee flavor options include the standard coffee flavors, such as the following:

  • Caramel
  • Mocha
  • Hazelnut
  • Vanilla
  • Caramel Macchiato

The mixers are going to be similar no matter what base and flavor you choose. You can choose from the following Boba mixers:

  • Tapioca
  • Aloe Vera bits
  • Faln pudding
  • Tootea Fruitea
  • Grass Jelly

You can then choose from a mix of jellies, fruit, and pops to go with your drink. And if you’re looking for a wellness boost, you can choose a protein option or a B12 shot. Wheatgrass, soy milk, and almond milk are other options you can choose from.

Once you have your choices down, all you need to do is wait for the good staff to make it for you. When I went there, I had the Trifecta, but at 75% of the sugar. It was amazing! The next time, though, I might try the fully leaded version, which might prove to be a wild time.

Another Brand New Bubble Tea Joint

If you’ve gone to Fruitealicious one too many times, or you want more than just drinks, why not check out a different bubble tea restaurant?

Tea & Mi is relatively new to the area but has already caused a sensation throughout the Bentonville area. Their menu includes a variety of bubble tea selections, as well as a choice of different Banh Mi sandwiches. Most customers love the sandwiches, drinks, and atmosphere.

Their menu items include the following:

  • Classic teas, including Jasmine and Oolong
  • Fruit teas like strawberry, peach, and pineapple
  • Milk teas like Chocolate and Spicy chai
  • Slushies
  • Wintermelon drinks
  • Iced coffee
  • Lemonade
  • Specialty drinks
  • Banh mi sandwiches, including a cold-cut trio or lemongrass beef option

You can also choose toppings for your drinks, including chia seed or cold foam.

Their hours are:

Monday-Saturday, 10:30 AM to 9 PM

Sunday, 10:30 AM to 8 PM

They’re located at:

3410 SE J Street, Suite #2

Bentonville, Arkansas

Conclusion

Fruitealicious is a bubble tea shop that allows you to fully customize your bubble tea drinks or choose from their pre-designed drinks if you don’t feel so creative. Customers can choose the music and decorations of the store, which is great, as the store fits in well with the aesthetic of Bentonville.

If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping there for a delicious treat!
